6 months | 12 hours total | 60-minute bi-weekly sessions

A free 20-minute consultation is offered to the curious as an opportunity for us to meet, see how we vibe together, discuss where you currently are, and of course, dive deeper into the program before we make a coaching commitment!

The coaching program consists of a total of 12 coaching hours which occur bi-weekly:
— First, we have our Discovery Session, which is a 2-hour foundational session to establish our coaching relationship, introduce you to the ins and outs of the program, learn more about you, and solidify your goal(s) for the program.
— Moving forward, we continue with our 9 regular 60-minute bi-weekly coaching sessions, where I coach you on the topic of your choice with your goal(s) in mind.
— Lastly, we meet for a final 60-minute Completion Session dedicated to reflecting and celebrating your breakdowns and breakthroughs throughout the program and discussing what’s next for you.

You’ll leave each call with specific action steps in order deepen your new learnings and work your way towards your goal(s).

After each session, I send you a follow-up email with session notes, supporting documents (if/when relevant), and the agreed upon action steps for your integration between sessions.

Throughout the program, you receive a variety of resources and tools that support you with reaching your goals (and have access to everything post-program too).

During the sessions, I apply the techniques and modalities that I gained in my professional training and coaching experience, as well as approaches developed and adopted from my personal life and self-development journey.

During and between the sessions, I’m available via WhatsApp and email to hold your accountability, share any feedback, and for you to ask potential questions!

The offering consists of a single 90-minute call where we’ll design our coaching alliance and dive straight into coaching around your specific topic and intention.
