As an ICF Accredited PCC Trauma-Informed Mind-Body Practitioner and Conscious Movement Teacher, my work is rooted in the belief that the curiosity to explore and experience our inner world, and the courage and capacity to express that outwardly, can pave the way for our own healing and human potential.
