immersive experiences.
a practice that invites you to inhabit more of your wholeness & express more of your truth through gentle body-based explorations.
This movement practice weaves together somatic modalities, including guided meditations, visualizations, embodied practices, free-form movement, self-inquiry, and creative writing — all supported by intentional verbal guidance, attuned touch cues, and thoughtfully curated music.
By reconnecting with the body’s anatomy, instincts, and natural rhythm in a safe and intentional space, you gain access to an innate intelligence that reveals the habitual patterns that shape how you think and feel, and opens new ways of moving through life with greater resilience, connection, and aliveness.
This trauma-informed somatic experience helps you cultivate more safety in your body and coherence with all parts of yourself for your healing and integration.
This practice is welcoming and accessible to all bodies—no prior movement experience is required.

“this is a space for every-body to play & find peace without performing or pushing — to tune in to your truth & simply give it shape.”

“Rasha is one of the best people I’ve experienced movement with—she made me realize how powerful it can be. You will most definitely find yourself through this practice, and if you already know yourself, you will find yourself in different ways that are light, fun, and powerful.
Every experience I’ve had with Rasha has been so special, and I leave feeling refreshed. I hope everyone experiences her magic.”

“Rasha’s somatic-experiencing sessions leave me with a strong sense of warmth and fuzziness. Her voice, her poetry, and her words are full of magic.
Feeling held in her presence always brings me back to myself, connecting me to my roots and inspiring me to move with more intention and compassion.”

the experience
✽
the experience ✽
01
’the warm-up’
Each experience begins in stillness, as you are guided to orient toward safety and the present moment through nervous-system-regulating practices that settle the thinking mind and invite attention back into the sensing body.
02
’the work-out’
In the heart of the arc, we use guided and free-form movement to awaken your body’s aliveness and somatic intelligence. By listening deeply to your mental, emotional, and physical landscapes, you begin to soften into a state of surrender to open a direct path to your inner wisdom
03
’the cool-down’
As the movement slows, we return to stillness for a period of self-reflection and somatic inquiry. The practice closes in shared presence, with optional space and time for verbal integration and the sharing of insights.
if a dance class & meditation had a baby, this would be it.
When I entered the world of somatics, I struggled to find a modality that felt right. Everything felt too this or that — too woo-woo or clinical or too fitness-focused or passive.
After years of exploring different approaches while deepening my practice, I realized I had to marry the modalities to birth a methodology that serves the sweet spot in between —
Of course, a space where the mind meets the body,
but also where stillness meets motion.
Where guidance grants freedom.
Where the silence is as loud as the music.
Where depth and play can coexist.
Where non-verbal insight finds words.
Where solo embodiment becomes communal exchange.
Yes, this practice is as playful, expressive, and at times as sweaty as a dance class, but it is not a performance or a choreography. And it most certainly is rooted in presence and is as insightful as meditation, but it does not stay in stillness or inwards alone.
This is the practice where we exercise our full range of awareness and aliveness.
“Rasha doesn’t just guide the movement, she paints a full canvas that takes you deep into the experience, and you feel it in every cell in your body. She moves with you and dances with you as her voice, her words, even her music choices take you into a unique inward journey where you’ll meet yourself in a new way.
From fearing to move a finger to joyfully dancing with eyes closed or open, in front of an audience or alone at home, Rasha has broken a wall, a barrier, a limitation I had held for so long. She helped me change the way I see myself and relate to movement. She showed how medicinal it can be to move the body in intentional yet intuitive ways, allowing it to express, to release, and to uplift. From tears to laughter, she makes us experience it all. The full spectrum. And for that, I’m forever grateful to Rasha.”
